InventHelp®, America’s largest invention submission company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Florida, has designed an accessory that could keep harsh hair products off of the arms of a pair of glasses. This invention is patented.
The “Protect Your Glasses” would protect the arms of glasses from the harsh chemicals used to color, dye, perm or relax hair. The disposable covers would protect the arms from being stained or damaged, thereby reducing the need to purchase new glasses as frequently. Easy to put on and take off, the Protect Your Glasses would fit be used with any types of glasses, from sunglasses to eyeglasses.
The covers would be made of flexible plastic and rubber, measuring 4-inches long. Before being chemically treated, the user would slip the covers onto the arms of the glasses. After the service is completed, the individual could slide the covers back off and disposes them into the trash. Produced in several sizes and colors, the Protect Your Glasses could be manufactured to be either disposable or made to use multiple times.
“I own a hair salon, and often after customers get their hair colored, they put sunglasses or eyeglasses on,” said the inventor. “The chemicals get onto the arms of the glasses and stains them permanently.”
InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 11-HLW-841 at (800) 851-6030.
