For the second year in a row, Intelex technologies has been named one the Greater Toronto Area’s top employers in an exclusive list published in the The Globe and Mail, Canada's largest-circulation national newspaper. This news is hot on the heels of Intelex’s inclusion in Deloitte’s list of Canada’s 50 fastest growing tech companies, as well as the software company’s fourth consecutive year on Deloitte’s ranking of the 500 fastest growing tech companies in North America.
“We’re humbled and honoured by being named one of Toronto’s best employers once again,” says Mark Jaine, Intelex President and CEO. “We’ve made a sincere effort to establish a progressive corporate culture and put the health and well-being of our employees first, and this award is a gratifying acknowledgement of our success.”
Intelex recently wrapped up another record-setting fiscal year in terms of growth and continues a 10-year trend of substantial year-over-year revenue increases. As the company continues its aggressive expansion into international markets and new industry verticals it continues to seek top-tier talent from across southern Ontario and around the world to fuel its growth.
This year’s ranking, published in The Globe this morning, singled-out 95 Toronto-area employers for exceptional employment standards and work environments. Entitled Greater Toronto's Top Employers and facilitated by Mediacorp, the contest judged employers according to criteria such as physical workplace, corporate culture, work-life balance, communication, performance management, training and skills development, and community involvement.
With over 200 employees, Intelex offers an array of benefits and perks that have helped contribute to its recent success in employer competitions, including:
“We’ve been working relentlessly to attract and retain top talent by making Intelex a competitive, engaging employer that encourages professional development and is highly respectful of family commitments and work-life balance,” adds Jaine. “A part of this is the perks and benefits we’ve offered our employees, but the whole picture is really about the family-centric environment we’ve cultivated, and the key values that are central to our existence, such as integrity, stewardship, hard work and happiness.”
