Kinnser’s Founder and President Chris Hester developed the company’s flagship software, Kinnser Agency Manager, in 2003. Working in close collaboration with a Texas home health agency, Hester observed first-hand the need for web-based technology that would capture patient data more quickly, easily and accurately.
