PSFA is a state agency based in Santa Fe that manages funds for public schools capital outlay. A large part of the funding comes from oil and gas tax revenues, but PSFA also partners with school districts that have their own funding sources, including general obligation bonds. In addition to cost controls, e-Builder Enterprise will help to uniformly apply business processes across the PSFA’s entire program. The e-Builder Professional Services team helped PSFA to scrutinize their processes (i.e., RFIs, Change Orders) and map existing best practices.
