Jeremy Agnew, Service Manager, has been awarded the HDI Support Centre Manager certification while Adam Wambolt, Platform Manager, achieved the ITIL qualification.
Jeremy Agnew, Ignition’s Service Manager, is responsible for managing the activities and deliverables of Ignition’s Service Desk team. In this role, Jeremy is also responsible for providing technical assistance to his team, ensuring outstanding customer service.
The HDI Support Centre Manager (HDI-SCM) certification showcases Jeremy’s commitment to service excellence. The training focusses on processes, procedures, and best practices for managing, and staffing a service centre. It also looks at identifying and measuring key performance indicators for service desks. In order to achieve this top certification, Jeremy has verified his expertise in support centre management best practices and confirms his ability to strategically align support centre operations with business needs.
Ignition’s Platform Manager, Adam Wambolt, is responsible for managing the various service platforms for Ignition. Key parts of this role includes change control, capacity planning, inventory management, customer integration and license management.
By achieving the ITIL certification, Adam has clearly demonstrated skills in global best practice IT service management. ITIL is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. Through this certification, Adam has proven his understanding of best practices for service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation and continual service improvement.
