It's really about the family-centric environment we’ve cultivated, and the key values that are central to our existence, such as integrity, stewardship, hard work and happiness.

Toronto, Canada (PRWEB) November 29, 2012

Intelex Technologies is Toronto’s third-best employer according to an exclusive list of the Greater Toronto Area’s 50 best employers published today in the Toronto Star, Canada’s most widely read and distributed newspaper. The news follows three recent accolades: Intelex being named one of the GTA’s top employers in The Globe and Mail, as well as ranking in Deloitte’s list of Canada’s 50 fastest growing tech companies and North America’s 500 fastest growing tech companies for the fourth consecutive year.

“It’s an overwhelming honour to be named the third-best employer in the GTA,” says Mark Jaine, Intelex President and CEO. “We’re thrilled by this accomplishment and view it as a gratifying acknowledgement that our efforts to put the health and well-being of our employees first are successful and have not gone unnoticed.”

Intelex recently wrapped up another record-setting fiscal year in terms of growth and continues a 10-year trend of substantial year-over-year revenue increases. As the company continues its aggressive expansion into international markets and new industry verticals it continues to seek top-tier talent from across southern Ontario and around the world to fuel its growth.

The Star list, facilitated jointly by Queen’s School of Business and AON Hewitt, ranked 50 Toronto-area employers primarily on the basis of employee engagement scores, determined by surveying individual employees within the organization. With over 200 employees, Intelex offers an array of benefits and perks that have helped contribute to its recent success in employer competitions.

“We’ve been working relentlessly to attract and retain top talent by making Intelex a competitive, engaging employer that encourages professional development and is highly respectful of family commitments and work-life balance,” adds Jaine. “A part of this is the perks and benefits we’ve offered our employees, but the whole picture is really about the family-centric environment we’ve cultivated, and the key values that are central to our existence, such as integrity, stewardship, hard work and happiness.”
