Tech Exec Networks, (T.E.N.), a technology and information security executive networking and relationship-marketing firm, announced today that nominations will be accepted now through January 11, 2013 for the ISE® Southeast Awards 2013. Awards presented will include Information Security Executive® Awards for both Executive and Project Categories.
Nominees, finalists and winners will be recognized at the ISE® Southeast Executive Forum and Awards to be held on March 14, 2013 at the Westin Buckhead Hotel, Atlanta. The Executive Forum includes keynote speakers, interactive roundtables moderated by the CISOs and VPs of participating companies and panel discussions. Finalists and winners in both categories will be announced at the Awards Gala that evening and are recognized through press coverage and inclusion on the T.E.N. and ISE® websites.
The ISE® Southeast Award for the Executive Category is given to a chief information security executive who has made a positive impact through risk management, data asset protection, regulatory compliance, privacy and information security. The ISE® Southeast Award for the Project Category will recognize an information security project completed in the past 12-18 months that has had a positive impact on an organization’s risk management or information security posture. Eligible nominees are selected from the U.S. Southeast region including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
Executives and/or project teams can be self-nominated in addition to entries by supervisors, employees, peers, or technology partners.
