US Drug Watchdog Now Urges All DePuy Pinnacle And DePuy Hip Implant Recipients To Call Them For The Names Of The Best Law Firms Before Time Runs Out To Get Identified

The US Drug Watchdog says, "We fear most recipients of the recalled DePuy ASR hip implant, and or the recipients of the DePuy Pinnacle have not been identified by the federal courts handling the litigation involving premature failures of these all metal hip implant devices. Between the recalled DePuy ASR, and the DePuy Pinnacle we have about 180,000 US recipients." The DePuy ASR was recalled in August of 2010 because of a very high failure rate, and the DePuy Pinnacle is now the subject of a national class action because of failure rate issues. The US Drug Watchdog is urging all recipients of the recalled DePuy ASR, or a DePuy Pinnacle hip implant to call them immediately at 866-714-6466, before time runs out to get identified by the federal courts handling the litigation for these devices." http://USDrugWatchdog.com

In the instance of the recalled DePuy ASR-we do not care if the device has failed yet or not, we want all recipients to call us in the hopes we can get then to the best possible attorneys

(PRWEB) December 06, 2012

The US Drug Watchdog says, "We need to get all recalled DePuy ASR hip implant recipients identified-now-or it may be too late to get compensated. In the instance of the recalled DePuy ASR-we do not care if the device has failed yet or not, we want all recipients to call us in the hopes we can get then to the best possible attorneys. We have the same sense of urgency with the DePuy Pinnacle metal on metal hip implant." The US Drug Watchdog is strongly encouraging family members or loved ones of anyone receiving a hip implant between 2002 and 2010 to ask if it was a DePuy ASR hip implant, or a DePuy Pinnacle hip implant? The group is also encouraging all recipients of the DePuy Pinnacle metal on metal hip implant to get a blood test for that is focused on elevated levels of cobalt, or chromium in the blood. If the blood levels of chromium, or cobalt are elevated the DePuy Pinnacle hip implant recipient should contact the US Drug Watchdog immediately at 866-714-6466. http://USDrugWatchdog.com

The US Drug Watchdog says," Symptoms of the recalled DePuy ASR hip implant, or the DePuy Pinnacle failure include, pain in the hip region, problems while walking, or the inability to walk, swelling of the hip implant area, general discomfort, lack of flexibility, elevated levels of cobalt, or chromium in the hip implant recipients blood stream." The US Drug Watchdog now believes a simple blood test that focuses in on cobalt, or chromium levels might be the easiest way to see if a metal on metal hip implant has failed. The DePuy ASR, and the DePuy Pinnacle are both metal on metal hip implants. http://USDrugWatchdog.Com

The US Drug Watchdog is the premier pharmaceutical, and medical device watchdog in the United States. The group says, "We want to make certain all DePuy ASR hip implant recipients, and all DePuy Pinnacle hip implant recipients get to attorneys that have the best record in achieving superior results for their clients. We do not want any recipient of a recalled DePuy ASR, or a DePuy Pinnacle sitting on the curb, for a disaster that was not their doing."
