It’s all about the kids. That’s how ProtectCell feels about its Premier sponsorship with CW3 Extreme Soccer Club, a competitive soccer club made up of children from Commerce, Walled Lake, Wolverine Lake, Wixom and surrounding communities. CW3 Extreme Soccer Club is a small part of CW3 Soccer Association and is made up of over 375 players, both girls and boys, from 7 to 18 years of age.
“We are proud to be associated with CW3 and proud to see our logo on the front of CW3 team shirts,” says Bryan Finnerty, Co-Founder and CEO of ProtectCell. “As a parent myself, and a former professional soccer player, I know how important sports can be in a child’s life. This program provides all the elements necessary for kids to have fun, learn soccer skills and develop a love of the game. And this happens in an environment that promotes the value of teamwork and fair play.”
“By providing the Premier Sponsorship, ProtectCell is helping us make playing soccer more affordable for the kids in our community,” says George Janovich, Director of Coaching for CW3. “As a volunteer-based organization with roughly 30 teams, we appreciate how much this will help in defraying the cost of securing fields, purchasing equipment and supplying uniforms,” says Janovich.
In addition to the $5,000 monetary donation, ProtectCell has established a special program providing members of CW3 Extreme Soccer Club the opportunity to purchase the company’s wireless protection plans at a special discounted rate with a percentage of sales going to support the Extreme Soccer teams.
“We describe our company as a move beyond cell phone insurance,” explains Finnerty. “We offer a suite of integrated products and services designed to enhance, optimize and protect what we call the wireless lifestyle. Our company not only protects the customer’s mobile device, by providing a device when needed, but also safeguards everything that is in the device, such as personal data, contacts and pictures. We look forward to providing these services to the families who are part of CW3.”
ProtectCell’s relationship with CW3 is a natural extension of the company’s Mission 3.2.1 program, which provides local and national charitable donations as well as encourages each employee to use 20 hours of work time each year to help a local non-profit, charity or school. A team of employees decides which organizations will be targeted for donations and all employees are encouraged to provide suggestions.
ProtectCell safeguards consumers’ wireless lifestyles by offering valuable services and protection alternatives compared to limited warranties and standard insurance. Known for its strong alliances with industry-leading partners, ProtectCell continues to evolve in order to meet the growing demands of both consumers and independent wireless dealers.
