My goal, as Lindsee's mother, is too see that each family who comes through the doors at Chop, can be there with their child as much as possible.

The CHOP Prom is an annual event that gives patients, families and friends one night where their sole concern is looking fabulous, smiling and dancing. We would ask that once you’ve had your dream night, please consider donating your old prom dresses or special occasion dresses so that another girl may have hers!
Lindsee was diagnosed at birth with Cystic fibrosis, which is a disease that affects 30,000 people today. CF affects organs within the body that produce mucous, with the lungs being the organ mostly affected. She had over 100 hospitals visits in her 20 years. At 17 she received a double lung transplant and lived her life to the fullest for the first time. After a year she started showing signs of rejection and she left this earth in May of 2012. Lindsee defined life, life did not define her! Her greatest hope was to help other people suffering with this disease. She was and still is an inspiration to all who knew her and loved her. We have set up a Breathe for Lindsee Storm Fund at Chop; the monies raised will go to help families of CF children awaiting a double lung transplant, often the cost of travel and normal living expenses are crippling. The money raised will give them the opportunity to visit their children, buy them a game or even something as simple as chicken Mcnuggets. The goal of the Breathe for Lindsee Storm Foundation is too see that each family who comes through the doors at Chop, can be there with their child as much as possible. Many families struggle without even being able to afford a cup of coffee in the hospital.
Envy Studio will be donating 60% of all proceeds generated on this night to the Breathe for Lindsee Storm Foundation.
Prom Dresses will be accepted through the end of December, 2012.
