SPS is pleased to announce the appointments of Barry Thompson and Eric Konovalov to Business Development Executive positions in the northeast region.

Based in the New York tri-state area, Barry has over 14 years of sales and business development experience with Fortune 500 companies and healthcare systems. Barry was previously on the major account team with Ricoh Americas in New York. Prior to that, he worked at Intercall in a Global Account Executive position.

Based in Washington D.C., Eric has over 7 years of expertise in sales and sales management. He most recently joins us from Capital Office Solutions where he successfully managed a sales team. He will be serving the Mid-Atlantic region for SPS.

Both executives will be responsible for business development and expansion in their respective areas. They will leverage their expertise to help prospects and clients solve key business issues by analyzing their needs and providing innovative business process outsourcing solutions that drive improved efficiencies and higher levels of customer service.
