A Culinary Institute of America ProChef graduate, Bailey has worked not only as an executive chef for a number of prestigious restaurants – most recently Viceroy Hotel Group – but also as a professional consultant for major hospitality companies. He brings his vast business and culinary knowledge to AccessPoint Group where he helps manage important accounts.
