Doble Group announced today that El Catador, the leading importer and distributor of wine in the Dominican Republic, is working with the Miami-based consulting firm to improve its sales processes and develop a formal lead generation program.
El Catador wanted to find a method to improve relationships with past customers, especially those who buy from the company’s retail store without having an open account. In addition to a lack of tracking these sales and no upselling methods, El Catador did not have a formal lead generation program in place. The company’s management wanted to implement a CRM that would change and have a fundamental impact on the way its team members sell and chose Salesforce.com (CRM) for its solution. To help implement Salesforce CRM to meet its specific business needs and provide employee training on the system, El Catador selected Doble Group, a consulting firm that combines CRM and Performance Management consulting with cloud computing technologies to improve business results for companies throughout the U.S., Central America, the Caribbean and Latin America.
Doble Group reviewed the business processes of El Catador to see how they would fit with Salesforce.com and drafted a business process review to demonstrate how El Catador could automate some of its internal policies and procedures. These commercial policies and procedures enable El Catador to better generate and capture sales leads while growing their retail and commercial client base. Salesforce.com (CRM) allows El Catador sales teams to be more proactive and effective in their sales, marketing and customer service processes.
