Alpha Card Services announced they have acquired Comstat Payroll, a St. Louis, Missouri based payroll service provider. The official transition is expected to take place on January 1, 2013 with Comstat being integrated into Alpha Payroll Services, the payroll services division of Alpha Card Services.
Comstat Payroll has a long and storied history of servicing a variety of blue-chip payroll clients in the St. Louis area. Current Comstat customers will continue to experience seamless service and support to resolve all their payroll issues, along with new additional benefits. Alpha Payroll Services utilizes a newer version of the same technology and software platform as Comstat, therefore customers will experience no change in payroll format. Additional ancillary products which will benefit the Comstat customer include a background check service for screening new employees and a complete integration of payroll information with the QuickBooks accounting software package.
