Hireology announced that users are now able to customize the SmartRank survey. This news comes just weeks after Hireology announced the online platform will be undergoing a redesign.
The redesign enables users to remove SmartRank statements that are irrelevant to the position, create customized true/false questions and develop questions which, if answered incorrectly by a candidate, will eliminate them from the running. The SmartRank survey will also hide resumes that do not meet the requirements of the position.
