Caregiver Homes, the Massachusetts based state wide provider of Structured Family Caregiving, is pleased to announce the appointment of Saran Craig as the new Manager of its Cape Cod and Islands branch and Cynthia Mellor as the new Manager of its Metro West branch. Caregiver Homes, which is currently available to Medicaid eligible consumers requiring assistance with activities of daily living, serves about 1800 individuals and their family caregivers through its fourteen Massachusetts branches. Caregiver Homes employs highly skilled nurses and social workers to directly support caregivers in a full time commitment to caring for loved ones in the home, and to carefully foster the growth of the organization as demand increases across the commonwealth.
“Our recent additions to the management team in Massachusetts is a positive signal about this program’s unique ability to enable families to care for one another and the desire of consumers and their loved ones to give and receive care at home and in the community,” said State Director Kelly Magee. “We are fortunate – and I am thrilled – that we are able to attract such talented and experienced professionals to help us continue toward this mission,” added Magee.
