Career Momentum, Inc., a Madison-based talent management firm, is excited to announce the hire of a new Senior Talent Management Consultant.

Cory Erickson, President and Chief Operating Officer of Career Momentum, Inc., a Madison-based talent management consulting office of Career Partners International, is pleased to announce the hire of Mo Afshar as Senior Talent Management Consultant.

“Mo’s extensive background in organization development, talent management, leadership development,executive coaching, succession planning and change management is a significant addition to our outstanding talent management team. We intend to utilize Mo’s talents throughout the professional practice areas of our business,” stated Erickson.

Afshar’s business career includes more than twenty years of industry and professional services consulting experience from various global organizations such as Dell Computers, Tribune Company, Deloitte, Andersen, and Challenger, Gray and Christmas. He holds a BA in Organizational Behavior and has completed coursework toward his MS in Management Sciences from National-Louis University. Afshar is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
