Elody Pradel (21) of Guadeloupe captured the Century 21 Island Realty Crown in the annual Caraïbes Hibiscus Pageant held on the dual Dutch/French Caribbean island of St. Maarten on December 8.

This was the first year the island’s premier real estate company provided the towering tiara for the prestigious pageant that draws beauties from around the Americas and the Caribbean.

The new Miss Caraïbes Hibiscus will continue her studies in accounting and perform her duties, spanning numerous social and community activities, as the 2013 Caraïbes Hibiscus Queen in the coming year.

Ritika Asrani of Century 21 Island Realty Head Broker says the pageant seeks the best all-rounder in beauty, intelligence and personality, similar to criteria Century 21 Island Realty lives up to when seeking the perfect vacation home or starter property for first-time buyers.

“At Century 21 Island Realty, our listings are scrutinized to showcase the best St. Maarten/St. Martin, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saba, St. Eustatius (Statia), Anguilla and St. Barths have to offer,” says Asrani.

Century 21 Island Realty congratulates Pradel and is proud to have her wear its crown for the coming year. The crown embodies the agency’s strive for perfection and commitment to the communities in which it operates, qualities the new Caraïbes Hibiscus Queen symbolises.

Pageant organisers are commended for their efforts.
