Lakewood, NJ (PRWEB) December 30, 2012
Kars 4 Kids car donation charity has announced that this Sunday, December 30th, is being declared Car Donation Super Sunday.
Car donations always spike towards the end of the year, as taxpayers hurry to get their car donation in for that year's deduction. Typically, December 30th is the busiest day of the year for car donations. This year it is on a Sunday and many people are off. Because of that, Kars 4 Kids has called in their dedicated employees and volunteers for an all-day Super Sunday car donation marathon. Thousands of dollars are expected to be raised for children’s programs and services.
With only two days left in 2012, taxpayers looking for some relief for their upcoming tax bills know that this is the last chance they have to do just that. Kars 4 Kids has previously announced that car donation for 2012 is still possible, and will be possible right up until the new year is rung in.
"Our offices will be fully staffed and our reps are putting in long hours to make sure that everyone who wants to donate before new years will be able to," said Kars 4 Kids spokesman Steven Weldler, "there is a circus-like atmosphere in our offices for these last few crucial days as we count down the last moments of 2012."
Weldler says that Kars 4 Kids' office has a festive atmosphere: free food is being distributed to volunteers and employees, and everyone is excited as the donations continue to come in.
Kars 4 Kids accepts car donations and uses the money for its charitable programs.
Car donations can be made on the Kars 4 Kids website or by calling 1-877-Kars-4-Kids.
