LTD Hospitality Group (http://www.ltdhospitality.com) announces the promotion of Mr. Rob Sanders to its newly established position of Corporate Director of Strategic Sales. LTD Hospitality Group created the Corporate Director of Strategic Sales position to maximize sales force effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales production as the Hospitality Industry looks to rebound from the recent recession by driving ADR. In his new role, Mr. Sanders will counsel executives on issues pertaining to planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, program implementation, compensation design/administration, and selection of sales force talent.

Mr. Sanders joined LTD Hospitality in January 2010 as a Regional Director of Sales. His promotion to Corporate Director of Strategic Sales is due to his proven success in this role. Prior to joining LTD Hospitality Group, over the past 15 plus years Mr. Sanders held various positions in hotel sales with major hospitality management companies throughout the United States.
