Austin, Texas (PRWEB) May 16, 2012
The Austin Real Estate Networking Club is hosting it's yearly Big Networking Event this Thursday, May 17, from 7pm-9pm at the Norris Conference Center.
In addition to networking, a typical Austin RENC event would also have a guest speaker who would discuss real estate strategies relevant to real estate investors in Central Texas. However, once a year in the spring time, Austin RENC hosts a networking only event.
"This month will be a BIG networking event for RENC," says Phill Grove, real estate investor who has successfully participated in more than 1200 deals since 2003. "Bring your deals & bring your business cards. We are coming into the busiest time of the season for real estate. Connections you make this month can earn you a BIG summer season of deals!"
Phill Grove is best known for creating the first post bubble real estate system called Assignment of Mortgage Payments System, which allows sellers with little, no, or negative equity to sell their homes at market price without coming out of pocket.
"Regardless of whether you are a newbie investor or a veteran, you can always benefit from meeting other like-minded people," says Shenoah Grove, President of Austin RENC and owner of local real estate investing company Hippie Hollow Homes.
The Austin RENC Big Networking Event will start at 7pm on Thursday, May 17, and last until 9pm. The event location is the Norris Conference Center, located at 2525 Anderson W. Anderson Ln. For ticket information, please visit http://AustinRENC.com.
