The Board of Directors for Become Inc., one of the fastest-growing sites for comparison shopping, has selected Alex Terry as the new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective May 29, 2012. Alex will also hold a seat on Become’s Board of Directors.

Alex brings great business experience from a wide variety of internet companies. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Zoomerang at MarketTools, Inc. As General Manager of Zoomerang, he was responsible for all aspects of the consumer internet business including growing the subscriber base, pursuing new market opportunities in the online survey and poll market, creating an innovative and compelling product roadmap and driving overall financial results.
Prior to MarketTools, Alex worked at NeoEdge Networks as President and CEO. He also spent five years at Time Warner/AOL in senior executive roles. Alex has a strong entrepreneurial background as he has founded or co-founded four different ventures.
Alex earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.
