ECS Refining Holds Open House Event at Its Stockton, California Facility, Celebrating Its First Year of Operations with State-of-the-Art Processing Technology

ECS Is Inviting Customers, Partners, Officials, and Members of the Press to Celebrate Our Accomplishments

Stockton, California (PRWEB) June 27, 2012

ECS Refining, the leader in electronics recycling and asset management solutions, is celebrating the one year anniversary of its state-of-the-art processing facility in Stockton, CA with a 2 day “open house” event – June 27th and 28th. A year ago, ECS Refining started deploying its innovative technology and processing techniques in the plant which was honed from over 30 years of experience in the electronics recycling industry.

Today the plant is complete and geared up to handle a capacity of 30 million pounds of e-waste per month. This event celebrates its dedicated workers and support of our community, customers and partners.

Additionally, as ECS expands its national footprint and leverages best practices, we reinforce our commitment to being one of the few recyclers with 100%, in-house processing technology and our status as an e-Stewards Certified Recycler. Another aspect of its innovative approach is its new CRT process which efficiently and quickly separates tons of leaded and non-leaded glass per week, helping Americans address the substantial demand for proper and ethical processing.

Schedule of Events

On Wednesday, June 27th DTSC and CalRecycle representatives will present the latest news regarding recycling regulations. Additionally, Jim Puckett, founder of e-Stewards will be presenting newly added sessions regarding e-Stewards Certification. On Thursday, enterprise, retail and OEM customers can view presentations on effective reverse logistics, electronics remarketing and a case study from a prominent global retailer.

Multiple demonstrations will be held in the Activity Pavilion during the day along with the lunch time expert presentations. Members of the press, businesses and other constituents who are interested in attending the event can contact us at 925-980-4973.
