Earth Advantage Institute Hires Office Coordinator

Earth Advantage Institute (EAI) has hired Lindsay Jennings as office coordinator. This new position will allow for more operational support within the office, which is vital as EAI continues to grow in 2013.

Lindsay previously served as the managing director of Medicine Wheel Productions in Boston, Massachusetts. At Medicine Wheel Productions Lindsay oversaw the organization’s operations and human resources. Prior to that Lindsay worked for Cradles to Crayons where she was involved with program development and overseeing one of the largest volunteer operations in Massachusetts. With an MBA in public and nonprofit management, her specialty is in developing organizational systems and structures.

As office coordinator, Lindsay will provide administrative support to EAI’s growing local team as well as remote staff. She will also be responsible for managing EAI’s IT structure, as well as managing organization-wide events. “We are excited to have Lindsay join our team,” said David Heslam, executive director. “She brings with her an impressive set of operations skills and a passion for nonprofits and community building.”
