Ann Page products, all personalized and produced in the USA, can be found in over 225 stores in 30 states. In 2011, Ann Page products were only in two states and five stores. “I could not have imagined we would grow this much in a year,” said Thomas.
To ensure that customer service and personalization was never lost as the company grew, four employees were added to the staff to focus on customer service, design and marketing. Thomas contributes a lot of the success to having the absolute best people on her staff. The Ann Page staff works one-on-one with buyers and store owners to ensure they know they are investing in a company that is fully committed to helping them have a positive buying experience. “Having a personalized business means having the best in your customer service department.”
Thomas also made the decision in early 2012 to discontinue the online store so as not to compete with the stores Ann Page sells to. “It was a decision that I came to very easily,” said Thomas. “When store buyers and owners know they are investing in a company that is fully committed to helping them succeed, the benefits are much greater than anything you hoped to achieve online.”
Ann Page is busy preparing for 2013 and proud to announce they will be exhibiting at AmericasMart in Atlanta in January and the National Stationary Show in New York in May, showcasing their selection of Ann Page products.
