Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) January 04, 2013

Five Star Airport Alliance (“FSAA” or the “Company”), which operates under the trade names G&T Conveyor Company (“G&T”) and The Horsley Company (“Horsley”) announced plans to restructure its baggage handling operations into a single operation headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Company is confident that consolidation of these two product lines and facilities will allow it to service its existing customers more efficiently and permit its baggage handling operations to better maintain its position as a low cost/high service provider. Customers can expect the same high level of support that they are currently receiving as the project/field operations will continue without interruption. In addition to continuing to offer the current product lines of both G&T and Horsley, the new entity also will focus its efforts on development of a hybrid version of its existing product lines.

In coordination with the plant closure in Tavares, Florida, FSAA will relocate its corporate headquarters to its Salt Lake City facility. Mike O’Connor, who has successfully led and grown Horsley for the last 4.5 years as VP/General Manager, will oversee the restructured entity as its President and CEO. Paul Shaffer will remain as CFO of FSAA.
