Sideways Loading Trolley Lifter

The sideways loading trolley lifter is the ideal solution to increase efficiency and improve health and safety conditions.

(PRWEB) January 10, 2013

The new sideways loading trolley lifter from Packline Materials Handling is designed for easy loading and unloading of the trolley. The leg arrangement of the trolley lifter facilitates easy unloading of the crates and trays loaded onto the trolley. Manufactured from stainless steel, the trolley lifter is suitable for clean room environments such as those found in food, drinks and pharmaceutical industries.

The wide leg arrangement of the lifter enables the operators to load and unload the trolleys without the lifter causing a potential hazardous obstruction.

The crates or trays are loaded onto the trolley. The trolley can then be wheeled to the platform attachment of the lifter whilst in its lowest position. The platform attachment is raised to a suitable height for the operator to unload each crate or tray onto a work bench. Each time a crate is unloaded the operator is able to raise the platform to a suitable height to unload the next tray.

  •     A counterbalance weight increases the stability of the lifting truck.
  •     This solution facilitates a safe lifting load of approximately 120kg.
  •     The lifter attachment can be raised to a comfortable height to allow unloading on the trays or crates.

Packline Materials Handling has been designing and manufacturing lifting and handling equipment since 1993. The ‘Compac’ range of stainless steel materials handling equipment has established Packline as a leading supplier of quality roll and drum handling equipment for the food, drinks, dairy, pharmaceutical and medical processing industries worldwide.

Packline's vacuum lifting equipment widens the range of handling solutions, enabling Packline to solve a wide range of lifting and handling problems for customers in all industries.

Packline is also a supplier of mild steel and stainless steel stacker trucks and high lifters. The stackers come with the option for fork legs or a range of attachments, for reels, rolls, drums and barrels; to suit both warehouse and industrial needs.

Packline Materials Handling are able to provide bespoke lifting and handling solutions for materials handling issues involving rolls, reels and drums; by creating new concepts or tailoring existing lifting and handling equipment to meet specific requirements.

Ideally suited for clean room environments, the stainless steel ‘Compac’ range of roll, reel and drum handling equipment from Packline Materials Handling, is suitable for use in the following industries:

  •     Food
  •     Drinks and Beverages
  •     Dairy
  •     Pharmaceutical

  •     Chemical

The purpose-designed compact framework, positioning of handlebars and addition of an optional remote control device provide improved maneuverability and ease of use for the operator.

The incredibly small footprint makes the ‘Compac’ roll and drum handling equipment highly maneuverable and a natural choice for today’s narrow production lines and demanding lifting requirements.
