With Mr. Ryan’s extensive background scaling and building organizations, he will spearhead MSB initiative to expand its offerings for the medical community.

Mr. Ryan has over 20 years of experience in the call center industry and a proven track record with building businesses. Most recently Mr. Ryan was the CEO and founder of JCF Communications Inc. Prior to that he was Director of Sales for Amtelco, a manufacturer of hardware and software for the call center market. He has a BS degree in Political Science from Southern Illinois University and a MPA, specializing in Public Utilities, from the University of Illinois Springfield.
