Paul Sybert wrote this song "You Lift me Up" for the wedding of his sister Sue and Ray Allen, a retired Commander in the U.S. Navy. He sung and performed it at a US Navy Chapel in Hampton, Virgina. The song is charming and loving and fitting for a wedding.

Paul Sybert wrote the song, “You Lift Me Up” for the wedding of Paul’s sister Sue to Ray Allen some years ago. Ray was a retired commander in the in the US Navy and Paul sung and performed this song in Hampton, Virginia at a Navy Base chapel.
