Sunny Isles Beach, Florida (PRWEB) January 10, 2013
The City of Sunny Isles Beach is pleased to announce a Farmers Market and Classic Car Show from 10am – 4pm on January 26, 2013 at Heritage Park (19200 Collins Avenue). This free community event is open to the public, and residents and guests can view the collection of classic cars and shop for organic and wholesome products from local South Florida vendors, as well as participate in our Charity Fine Art Sale.
Join us in this idyllic setting, with swaying palm trees lining the park, and the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, and you will enjoy a relaxing day among friends and neighbors in Sunny Isles Beach. Car enthusiasts who come out to the park will enjoy more than 30 classic and exotic cars on display, including several from Michael Dezer’s collection, as well as various other owners from around the region. Gourmet food aficionados can browse through a multitude of vendors, including organic produce, fresh-baked French breads, fresh salsa & guacamole, natural honey, soaps & candles, handmade market baskets, teas & spices and much more. In addition, guests can enjoy (and take home for prices 40-60% below retail gallery prices) beautiful works of art by Romero Britto, Chagall, Picasso, Tripp Harrison and many other renowned artists. Proceeds will support Kiwanis of North Miami Beach and Sunny Isles Beach.
The event will include musical entertainment and activities for children of all ages. So come with the whole family, bring a blanket, and purchase some goodies to enjoy a nice picnic out on the great lawn at Heritage Park.
Parking for this event will be available under the William Lehman Causeway and at the parking garage at Heritage Park. A special event bus will run during the event to provide patrons with convenient and complimentary transportation to and from the event.
