The improved email marketing functions can be used with InOrder’s real-time shopping cart and List Management module to help users convert lost revenue, increase sales, and improve customer loyalty.

With the Email Marketing Enhancement, users can access three types of marketing messages and templates: Welcome messages, an Abandoned Cart Email Series, and Back in Stock notifications. Users can also craft other precisely targeted email messages to customers who meet specific criteria. With the Abandoned Cart Email Series, for example, users can convert lost revenue by sending customized and timed emails with a link to the shopping cart and a promotion code to encourage customers to pick up where they left off in the buying process or to add items to their carts. InOrder users can also increase sales by sending customers notifications when an item is in stock or to promote related items as alternatives.

Users of InOrder ERP software can distribute customized email messages to specific lists or to customers who meet precise selection criteria (e.g. purchases of specific merchandise or services). The types of email marketing messages users can send include promotions for new products or upcoming sales and e-newsletters. InOrder’s Email Marketing Enhancement also allows users to send new customers Welcome emails that detail loyalty points earned for opening an account, plus privacy policies, promotional offerings and other administrative types of information.
