Under this contract, DRT will provide management consulting services to the $11.5 billion Defense Travel Enterprise, creating business process maps, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency, and developing recommendations to achieve desired improvements.
DTMO manages the global logistical systems and workflows associated with DoD’s various travel programs including airline services, lodging services, rental car services, travel card services, training services, commercial travel office services, and customer support services.
