Search Eccentric, the SEO giant operating from India, has declared a goal to double its projects and revenue in the financial year 2013. The news was broken when the company distributed a video interview of its business head Gaurav Sabharwal to a few chosen sources. However, the video will soon to be publicly shared on YouTube.
“We have come a long distance from where we started”, Mr Sabharwal stated in the video interview, “and 2012 was a real good year for us. But we are not satisfied and we would like to increase the client base, project count and revenue in the year 2013. We are already having our representative in USA where he is busy negotiating deals with the new and existing clients”.
The video was distributed not long after the company arranged for a seminar with an industry expert who guided the key employees how to set measurable goals and mark the progress methodically. “Methodical updates against goals help you to mark the percentage of achievement and remaining part more effectively” said Ashish Kumar, project manager and one of the key employees who attended the seminar. The seminar took place in Gurgaon, near New Delhi, where the head office of Search Eccentric is positioned.
The seminar was focussed on improving goal setting process and the key employees were taught how to set and measure goals over a span of a year. According to Sabah Noor, a key employee who attended the seminar, the program changed attitudes from casual goal-setting to professional goal setting, measuring own performance against the benchmark and also check the gap between own perception of improvement versus clients’ views on improvement.
Search Eccentric is known for its innovative approach towards search engine optimization and has been a trend setter for many years now. From a humble beginning, the company has made it up to the top ten SEO solution provider internationally, if Google search result is to be believed. The company has provided excellent service to its client over the years in the fields of SEO, SMO, ORM, email marketing and other related topics.
Gaurav Sabharwal also commented that Search Eccentric had paid more attention to important issues than on urgent issues and has used the chance to explore new challenges which exposed new weaknesses of the organisation, thus enabling them to bridge the gap.
