Jamie Ridgway, owner of the Renaissance Academy of Martial Arts (RAM) in Lynchburg, VA, recently taped a guest appearance for FX’s popular Mixed Martial Arts television show The Ultimate Fighter (TUF), scheduled to air during the show’s upcoming Season 17.
During taping of the TUF episode, Ridgeway, along with Chael Sonnen and his coaching staff, led Team Sonnen through an intense Muay Thai workout. Ridgeway has been training in the martial arts disciplines for 24 years. He is currently a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, Muay Thai Kru, Karate Black Belt and Mixed Martial Arts instructor.
