First-time author Matthew Page shares his love, excitement, and pride as a godfather to Kennedy Cole, and provides enlightenment and inspiration to all parents around the world to share with their children through his endearing book, You Know What I’d Do If I Were You. Packed with vibrant illustrations, this is his ultimate gift and legacy to his goddaughter, as well as a guide for the readers along their journeys through life.
This children’s book is Page’s ideal and creative way to contribute to Kennedy’s life and impart some of his pearls of wisdom to honor her in a more profound and everlasting way. Page feels that growing up can be difficult under the best circumstances, but with the ever-evolving society of peer pressure, social media, and often unreasonable expectations – he wants Kennedy and every child to feel confident enough to grab life by the reigns and make an indelible mark upon the world. Kennedy is now two years old and full of curiosity, as she develops her own unique personality with her godfather nearby to guide her.
In You Know What I’d Do If I Were You, Page has written a sweet story with an important message that Kennedy and every young reader can carry throughout every stage of life. The lesson shared in this children’s book is an example that the author hopes will provide a little positive reinforcement and be a reminder to always believe in oneself, no matter what.
