Carol brings over 25 years of successful corporate learning and talent development experience to Game On! Learning. Carol started her career teaching in both the public and private sectors, working with both adolescents and adult learners. She has designed and developed course materials and conducted workshops for clients on topics ranging from blended learning, total quality management tools, team process improvement and solution selling. Carol is a teacher and change agent. She enjoys tackling complex business problems with clients and collaboratively forging compelling learning and development solutions that can bring about lasting organizational improvement.

Carol has worked for organizations including: NETg, SkillSoft, Kaplan, and GE Information Services. She has been a part of the evolution of corporate learning and development. She has seen multimedia training evolve from audio/videotape/workbook packages, to PC and LAN-delivered training, to the sophisticated e-learning solutions of today.
In addition to teaching, facilitation, and course development, her experience includes sales and sales management, project management, training & development consulting and speaking at national conferences including ASTD. She holds degrees in Education (BS) and Business Administration (MBA). Carol also recently completed a program in Corporate Sustainability Management at CU Boulder.
