Scrum and Agile expert and author, Mike Cohn is bringing Certified ScrumMaster and Succeeding with Agile training to Dallas, Texas March 18th to 21st 2013. Early registration by February 25 offers the chance to save up to $200. Group discounts are also available.

Certified ScrumMaster, is a two-day course that provides participants with the fundamental principles of Scrum. It also gives participants hands on experience using Scrum and closes with certification as a recognized ScrumMaster. Participants learn why a simple process like Scrum can have a profound effect on an organization.

At the end of this course, participants will be qualified and ready to pass the Scrum Alliance assessment test which is required to become a CSM or Certified ScrumMaster. The Succeeding with Agile course will explore what it means to be agile while meeting regulatory compliance requirements, how to overcome common problems, and tools for measuring the benefits of agile. This advanced scrum course includes agile practices and teaches participants about transitioning to agile. In addition, because Mountain Goat Software is a registered education provider through the PMI, this Succeeding with Agile training course counts for 15 Professional Development Units (PDUs).
