Eufemio Rodriguez, III has joined Certified Payment Processing (CPP) as the Work Force Manager, a newly created position. In this role, Rodriguez will be responsible for building efficient dialer based strategy for the CPP call centers, working to optimize its effectiveness. He will also oversee all work flow planning activities throughout the organization, from scheduling to capacity planning.

“Eufemio’s skills and experience will be a huge asset to CPP,” says Pranay Shah, Vice President of Operations. “He has more than 12 years of management experience in customer service and as a call center manager.”

Prior to CPP, Rodriguez worked with the Credit Protection Association, Chase Home Finance and Citigroup.
