Dave is a member of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) and also has extensive experience in developing business valuations.

As an owner of his own consulting company, Dave understands the buying and selling process from both sides and works extremely well with strong personalities. Dave holds a degree in Finance (with Honors) from Northeastern University, is a licensed real estate agent, and is a SEC-registered representative. He has held offices of President, Vice President, and Treasurer of local organizations and is the current president of the Princeton Tennis Club. An avid tennis player, Dave has won 7 prestigious tournaments and is a member of the NationalEagle Scout Association.
