Inflow Communications, a leading provider of ShoreTel® VoIP business phone systems with integrated Unified Communications, has announced the installation of a new ShoreTel® Unified Communications system for NW wholesaler Organically Grown Company (OGC). The installation was rolled out in two separate stages for Organically Grown offices in Eugene and Portland, Oregon.

The new ShoreTel® Unified Communications system was installed to upgrade Organically Grown’s traditional PBX phone system, whose limited functionality had grown unwieldy for an expanding and increasingly mobile workforce. After choosing ShoreTel® for Unified Communications and VoIP phones, OGC IT Director Paul Wogan selected Inflow Communications out of Portland, Oregon as their provider based on Inflow’s outstanding reputation for project management, customer service and technical support following installation. In 2012, Inflow’s sales, technical expertise and customer service were rewarded with ShoreTel®’s Gold Champion Partner status. Wogan also noted Inflow’s transparency during the sales process as a deciding factor:

The installation included project planning during pre-implementation to help prepare for the new Unified Communications system.
