The NCP Aberdeen Shiprow car park was manned for the first time on New Years Day, thanks to the dedication of one employee.
As the shops are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day, the car park is traditionally unmanned but with this New Year’s Eve seeing a significant number of cars entering the car park, Eric McDonald took the initiative to man the car park on New Years Day.
He made the decision after talking to the customers entering the car park and realising that many were staying overnight for New Year’s celebrations and planning to exit at some point the next day.
Matt Thornett Product Manager at NCP said:
“This is a tremendous example of customer service and dedication from one of the NCP team. We’re very proud of Eric and his commitment to offering the very best to our customers.”
