Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, has been selected to provide homeowners association property management services by the Board of Directors for The Excelsior Condominium Homes located in The Americana at Brand. Developed in 2008 by Caruso Affiliated, The Excelsior Condominium Homes offer 100 state-of-the-art condominiums and are considered Glendale's premier residential address. Merit assumed management responsibilities on January 1, 2013.

In addition, MERITConnect provides residents with day-to-day services including notices of packages, mail, guest arrivals and valet which will extend convenient services to residents.
