Daniel Edward Craig
In his twenty-year career Daniel Edward Craig has worked for a variety of hotels and tourism entities, in positions ranging from director of sales & marketing to vice president. Under his leadership as general manager, Opus Hotel in Vancouver was voted one of the World’s Best 100 Hotels by readers of Condé Nast Traveler and launched the first-ever ever General Manager’s Blog in 2006. Daniel’s articles and blog attract a worldwide following. He is the author of several marketing guides and has published three mystery novels set in hotels. A thought leader in social media strategy and online reputation management, Daniel is a frequent speaker at industry events, including as keynote speaker at the Digital Marketing Conference for Scottish Tourism in Scotland, at the Buy Tourism Online conference in Italy, and at TripAdvisor Master Class events across North America.
A New York college graduate of Communication Studies in 2011, Danielle then moved to Georgia where she now is involved in sales and marketing for five hotels in Savannah. Regarding work, she believes that in everything you do, it needs to reflect you. This is why she enjoys social media because “you can infuse your voice and connect your brand to people in a very visual and engaging way.” Danielle keeps her desk rich in colors with a retro lava lamp and inspirational artwork; has a black cat named Meowmers (the vet also chuckled at her name) and has a huge infinity for the color purple.
