In his new role, Mr. Firestone will work with the leaders of healthcare organizations to develop centralized, scalable logistical frameworks that support those organizations’ strategic goals.

Mr. Firestone is an established leader who applies business thinking to healthcare challenges in order to help his customers achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to joining MedSpeed, Mr. Firestone co-founded Mossberg Labs, a developer and manufacturer of cancer diagnostic consumables, where he partnered with healthcare providers to develop products to support cancer detection and improve the lives of patients. He also founded Dermal Life, a developer of prescription and over-the-counter skin care products that apply new technologies to the skin care market in order to improve results. Before founding those two companies, he owned and operated the IDN Summit & Expo, a nationally recognized healthcare supply education company focused on improving supply chain efficiencies. Mr. Firestone earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Psychology from the University of Toledo.
