Fertility Specialists of Texas a leading Fertility Practice announced today that they have opened a new office in Grapevine, TX in order to better serve patients in Southlake, Grapevine and the surrounding Tarrant County cities.
Dr Rebecca Chilvers, M.D. will lead the new office at 1601 Lancaster Drive, Suite 160, Grapevine. The new office phone number is 817-251-3553. The office of Fertility Specialists of Texas will be open for appointments Monday - Friday.
Dr. Chilvers is a native of Shreveport, LA and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has completed a subspecialty fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Chilvers received her undergraduate degree at Baylor University in Waco, TX and medical degree at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. She completed her residency and subspecialty training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where she also earned a Master of Medical Science degree.
She has extensive experience with in vitro fertilization (IVF) and fertility treatments and is one of the few women reproductive endocrinologists in North Texas who has received specialized training on the DaVinci Robotic Surgical System, a minimally invasive option for complex surgical procedures, including myomectomies and tubal reversals.
With offices in Frisco and Dallas, Fertility Specialists of Texas has been planning an expansion into the western area of the DFW Metroplex for a couple of years, said Dr. Jerald Goldstein, the fertility group’s founder and medical director. “This area of the Metroplex is growing very fast. We believe that there is a strong demand for our services in the area, and currently there aren’t enough fertility specialists to meet this demand,” Dr. Goldstein said.
The new office has a convenient location across the street from Baylor Medical Center of Grapevine. Fertility Specialists of Texas expects to attract patients not only from Grapevine and Southlake but also other nearby cities including Keller, Bedford, Hurst, Euless, and Trophy Club. “With the new housing and retail developments that are being built in Tarrant County, a lot of families are moving to this area,” Dr. Goldstein said. “They’re looking for doctor’s offices and other specialty providers in the local area, so we are confident that Fertility Specialists of Texas will be able to build a thriving practice in Grapevine.”
At its Frisco office, Fertility Specialists of Texas has an on-site IVF facility as well as the ability to do onsite semen analysis. The facility is known for being one of the most advanced laboratories in North Texas and the one of the best fertility treatment centers in the country which is reflected in the pregnancy rates. The pregnancy rates are among the highest in the United States.
