1. Look to your diet
Look at your diet to determine if you are eating a well-balanced diet and if you are lacking in any vitamins or nutrients. Nutritional deficiencies take a toll on the body physically, and not getting enough vitamins and nutrients can affect the health of your skin and hair. Vitamins like biotin, Vitamin E and even pre-natal vitamins can assist with keeping hair healthy.

2. Wash hair regularly to prevent hair loss
Wash your hair regularly to prevent build-up and eliminate the potential presence of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) from forming in the hair follicles if you are already noticing hair loss.
