We're happy to congratulate the winners, says Matt Marcus, Senior Vice President at Print360. Bumper stickers make fun gifts for friends and family and, of course, are superb marketing tools for businesses or to support a cause.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) January 24, 2013

Online printing company Print360 announces the winners of its first Bumper Sticker Slogan Contest, which ran from the company’s Facebook page, a source of print industry-related news, updates and marketing tips. Contest participants submitted an original bumper sticker slogan or an original bumper sticker image for a chance to win free prizes. After public voting on Print360’s Facebook page, a panel of judges selected the final three winners. One of the oldest marketing techniques and tools for self-expression, an article from Newsweek titled “Bumper Sticker Politics” reports that bumper stickers originated with the introduction of the Model A Ford in 1927.

“We’re happy to congratulate the winners,” says Matt Marcus, Senior Vice President at Print360. “I know the judges had tough decisions to make as they followed the judging criteria for originality, creativity, and poignancy, and considered the weight of fan votes,” he adds. “Bumper stickers, like car window stickers or window decals, make fun gifts for friends and family and, of course, are superb marketing tools for business promotions or to support a cause,” Marcus says.

The first place winner will receive an iPad for the slogan, “My blue book value says go ahead and hit me!” The second place winner will receive an iPod Touch for the submission “Let’s All Get Nerdy,” a slogan that appears with an accompanying image of a caricatured face with various glasses. The third place winner will receive an iPod Shuffle for the slogan “I’m doing donuts in the parking lot of life”. All three winners will receive 100 free custom bumper stickers from Print360.com, where visitors can use an online design tool to make their own bumper stickers or choose from existing design templates.
