The Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston, SC is proud to announce that Executive Chef, Simon Andrews will again feature a cooking demonstration at the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition on Friday, February 15 at 12:00pm in SEWE’s Chef Demo Tent at Marion Square.
Chef Simon will be preparing Braised Rabbit with Greens and Goat Cheese Grits.
This tempting dish will be a featured special 10% off dinner menu item at The Swamp Fox Restaurant & Bar only during SEWE.
Also, in addition to their regular lunch menu, the featured SEWE lunch item is a flavorful Slider Trio for $12.00, consisting of lamb with arugula, goat cheese and red pepper jelly, crab with local lettuce, tomato, Vidalia onion and spicy Rémoulade sauce, and beef with local greens, tomato jam and crispy onions. Included is a tasty side of house made potato chips.
