Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) January 30, 2013
USB Payment Processing is pleased to announce it has gathered a team to take part in the Overlea Fullerton Business and Professional Association's monthly collection efforts to help the Eastside Shelter in Baltimore City. The Shelter houses 124 to 140 women and children on a regular basis. The shelter provides 24-hour housing and support services to homeless families and single women. Support services include: meals, showers, laundry, counseling, case management, mail receipt and phone access. These families need the everyday essentials and depend on donations by the community.
Overlea Fullerton Business & Professional Association has partnered with the Eastside Shelter in a continuous effort to collect not only necessities but items that will bring joy to the children visiting the shelter. USB Payment Processing, offering a wide range of innovative products and credit card services to help businesses prosper, was pleased to join the collection efforts, according to USB Payment Processing VP Donny Lala.
"USB’s history dates back to 1996 when our two founders got together to start a company that would help local businesses get the lowest rates and best service in the credit card processing industry. With this goal in mind, USB established its headquarters in Baltimore and currently operates in Towson, Maryland," said Mr. Lala. "We are very connected to the community and enjoy lending a hand."
