"Save America Gathering," in conjunjtion with "One Church // One Voice," are announcing March 5, 2013, as the start date for "555 Days of Prayer for America." The new strategic prayer initiative seeks to build on the momentum of 2012's Save America Gathering by uniting partnering ministries and Christians of all denominations, as well as messianic Jewish believers, in a long term campaign of prayer for the United States of America.

Said "Save America Gathering" founder, Robert Berry: "The prayer will not be centrally directed, but rather, a series of themes will be prayed over, in earnest, by participants, as led by their own hearts and their respective relationships with God. These themes will be prayed into, for strategically designed intervals, which will last from five days to one-hundred days, until we reach September 11, 2014."

Each of the 555 prayer days will correspond to one foot of height in the iconic Washington Monument.
